I specialise in paediatric food allergy, in particular children with complex multiple food allergies with associated aversive feeding.
In her own words
I am a paediatric dietitian that completed my degree in Dietetics and Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics (1996) in South Africa and then specialised in paediatric nutrition in the United Kingdom. In 2004 I went on to finish my Masters in Paediatric Nutrition, focusing on paediatric gastroenterology, allergies, nutritional assessment and feeding support, which was followed by a PhD at Imperial College London and am currently principal research dietitian at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children I am one of the leading authorities in the field of food allergy in children and am particularly interested in children who have feeding difficulties. I have had my own private practice at Harley Street since 2005 and am currently practicing at Great Ormond Street Children Hospital private wing, where I see children with complex multiple food allergies.
